I have been working at PB

ProsThe Sydney office has a young expat culture with a work hard play hard ethos. Professional work is rewarding, if you can put up with the crap from senior management.

ConsA real sick management culture. Work place bullying is the norm, with innuendo about preferred results rather than an outright direction -- even with the messaging from 'head office' about 'moving towards blue' friendly, inspirational office management styles.

The internal assessment process is a farce -- you must leave PB to get the salary and job recognition.

A real management shake-up is required.

Advice to Senior ManagementToo much internal back patting going on -- recognise your internal poor performers and ditch them. And RAMPP. I don't care how much you invested to build the software internally. It is abysmal.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
