I have been working at PB
Pros – The Sydney office has a young expat culture with a work hard play hard ethos. Professional work is rewarding, if you can put up with the crap from senior management.
Cons – A real sick management culture. Work place bullying is the norm, with innuendo about preferred results rather than an outright direction -- even with the messaging from 'head office' about 'moving towards blue' friendly, inspirational office management styles.
The internal assessment process is a farce -- you must leave PB to get the salary and job recognition.
A real management shake-up is required.
Advice to Senior Management – Too much internal back patting going on -- recognise your internal poor performers and ditch them. And RAMPP. I don't care how much you invested to build the software internally. It is abysmal.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
