    I worked at PBS full-time

    Pros

Dedicated professional staff who know how to do their jobs without losing the fun. Constantly working on improving their programs, their online presence and impact in the community. Significant educational impact and connection to regional school systems through a variety of on-air and in-person activities.

    Cons

Budgets are always being squeezed due to the changing demographics of PBS viewers and a lousy economy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep experimenting with new programs, formats and projects. Listen to the community to determine how to address new projects.
