    Pros: I truly loved the overall mission/message of PBS, I also loved the work I got a chance to do while working there.… Cons: They seem to promote from within with regularity, which is great when the people are qualified, but too often at PBS, they simply are not.… Advice to Senior Management: Start hiring competent candidates from outside the dysfunctional PBS system.… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
