Pros

Laid back, Helpful, Supportive, Up-to-date-technology. I learned a lot on the internship not only the great things but the 'bad' things that you hear about when first starting out and working for companies. In my opinion these are unavoidable, like company politics and human nature conflicts. I was not directly involved with any of this but I got to see it from within the company which was good knowledge for future jobs and how to handle those situations

Cons

IT department under-funded, Slow to progress, Under-funding led to less organized projects.

Advice to Management

Knowledge of IT mangers is who the company should be looking toward for progress.

    Pros

There are no pros beyond have employment.

    Cons

Management has lost control of themselves... Micromanagement combined with poor training, has entirely destroyed the culture of the company. The antiquated equipment is extremely dangerous and safety is ignored and the needs of employees are entirely disregarded. The mandatory overtime (in excess of 30 days) straight will deplete you quickly. Work and ethics DO NOT sit side-by-side at Precision Castparts.

    Advice to Management

Start from scratch or become unionized! Workers unite!
