Pros

Company tries to stay up to date with current technologies. If you get to work on the development of the new products the job will be interesting.

Cons

No yearly salary increase, not even 1%.
The company does not like to give raises regardless of you performance.
Does not replace people when they quit or go on maternity leave.

No opinion of CEO
