    Pros

They had alot of perks, awards for production, free stuff. Fun Enviorment to keep you working.

    Cons

Pay struction keeps changing, bonus's were given out at the will of the VP, no reason for how much so we did not know what we had to do to get them by the numbers.

    Advice to Management

Bring jobs back to the US, be more of a team player in the place you live and stop leading the US into being a third world country even though you yourself are rich. BRING BACK THE JOBS. What if you were taxed on all the Call center jobs outside this country. For the amount they were worth here. You would owe alot.. Also at some point there will be a time when you too will be judged by a hirer power will you be able to justify your actions. (food for thought) Do the right thing?

  2. Good place to start your career, but don't stay more than 2 years.
