I worked at PD Systems full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good pay for the job
Benefits are a joke

Cons

Zero room for growth
No job satisfaction
Expectations are pretty low

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are doing a good job runninig this company. It is a contract company and employees should understand what that means when they get involved. I joined this company for some cash in between jobs and got what I expected. I could not do your job because I care about employees but whatever floats your boat.

I worked at PD Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I don't think there are any Pros other than a regular paycheck

    Cons

Having to deal with harassment and not having the company behind you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees should be treated with respect and allowing an employee to be harassed knowingly and not address it or to try and fix the problem rather than accommodate the individual doing the harassing is very unprofessional and says a great deal for the management team.
