Pros

Supportive culture with excellent ongoing training. PDI makes every effort to roll reps onto new contracts when contract ends. Most generous with "19 vacation/bank of days" to be used as needed (vacation, sick day, personal day, etc.). Increases after 5 years. Generous company holidays and bonus week between Christmas and New Years Day off. Best of any CSO company in this regard. Base salary will vary based on the Client and contract. Good benefit package.

Cons

Not all contracts have a company car. There aren't always new contracts to roll into. Company used to have more of a "family" vibe with over the top incentive trips.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good communication.

    Pros

Flexibility, no dinner programs, very easy training, you are given only the info you need.

    Cons

Inaccurate call list in a large territory makes call nominal. As a contract rep, it's the best position for part time work.

    Advice to Management

You get what you pay for.
