Pros

Your employee discount is 20% and you form relationships with some really great customers who really listen to what you have to say and offer.

Cons

Customers are very demanding and downright rude. Senior management hires then promotes their friends who are not qualified for the positions they are placed in. Senior management will make you work in a department but not certify you for it because they don't want to give you a raise.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't hire your friends and promote them. There are others here who are more deserving and qualified for the positions that open up. We know you get a bonus depending on how well WE (lower level associates) perform during donations season yet you do NOT SHARE ANY of the perks with us.
