PETCO – “Great for animals not people looking for a non-corporate job.”

Pros

If you love animals it is definately a great job. You get to know people on a first name basis and help solve problems regularly.

Cons

It is a VERY corporate store. If you do not follow protocal then senior management will find out. They don't necessarily understand the little parts of working in an actual store and some animal care policies are rediculous.

Advice to Senior Management

Let the store take care of its animals the way the staff knows the should
