I have been working at PHD Media

Pros

The location is great because of the fast paced speed. The people are all young and energetic which in turn contributes to a fun environment.

Cons

The company is growing at a rapid speed by winning new business but in return the office is really crowded.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The intern program is really great. The interns feel like actually employees by receiving all the same great incentives. Kudos
