Pros
PHH provides theoOpportunity to do new things and try new roles. If you are willing to take risk there is lots of opportunity to learn new things. The building is filled with many smart people and nice co-workers.
Cons
A future vision and strategy is missing. There is a long standing old boys network and it is very difficult for women and minorities to get ahead and get promoted and paid for what they do. The old boys network is still in place and very strong. People are evaluated based on how much they agree and do not rock the boat. The culture is uncomfortable with conflict.
The company has lingering issues with minorities and women in leadership roles.
Advice to Senior Management
Look for more people that are different from yourselves and do not always agree with you. Trash the good old boys and friends of George network.
