PHH is family friendly. They provide educational benefits. PHH recognizes accomplishments of a job well done.
Cons
Working in operations, it is tough to plan a career path. There is a lot of seniority and it is hard to get around that. We may have to go to some thing called flex time.
Advice to Senior Management
We never see senior management. They have a townhall meeting and they think that is enough.
