Great place for experience and one of the few local HQ businesses in the Baltimore area.

Cons

Prior to Sept 07', PHH was going through a very disorganized merger with GE. it led to a severe downturn in new business and being on the sales side, it was almost impossible to go after new deals. The other major downside of the Fleet Division, was Senior Leadership. As sharp as George Kilroy is, his direct reporting SVP's were very weak. In particular in Business Development. Since the economic crisis started, I am very happy I left PHH and moved onto another industry. They have not managed the crisis well at all, and I hear feedback from friends that still work there and they are miserable.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay more attention to the feedback your employees give you... They are the eyes and hears of the business and your missing the message.
