PHH Arval – “By far, THE worst employer I have ever worked for in my entire life!!”

Pros

The benefits are adequate, I suppose. Beyond that, I'd be hard pressed to come up with any other pros, seriously.

Cons

I have never, ever worked in an environment were employee morale was so incredibly, agonizingly low! A complete lack of appreciativeness on the part of management, and complete disregard for employee's concerns and opinions make PHH one grim place to work. Add on top of that very low, non-competitive wages, and you've got the employer from hell!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!!!!

Advice to Senior Management

Advice to management? Why bother, since they've never been that concerned about what employees have to say anyway, so why would they care what a former employee has to say?!? All I can say is that the organization deserves the mess it finds itself in right now. Karma.
