PHH Arval Enterprise Architect in Sparks, MD:   (Past Employee - 2006)

Pros

It's not a tough place to work. One could stay there for 20 years and earn a decent paycheck.

Cons

It'll sap the ambition right out of you.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring back the excitement of the late 90s, when things were changing and people cared about the mission.
