work-life balance, good people, good benefits, a lot of good first moves in the fleet industry.

Cons

in general, an older population, makes the environment less dynamic and friendly towards 20 or 30 year olds. too much hierarchy for growth. not enough opportunities unless you know who's who. lack of leadership programs that are open to everyone - a lot of informal one on one coaching for a handful few. not as much diversity in the company (working on this initiative).
