Pros

The team members (people) are very good and helpful to each other.

Cons

Management like all Sr Management only cares about stock holders. How is it you work for a company for over 10 years with GOOD PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS and awards you get laid off and temps stay and people with less time also stay. What happened to the days last hired you go or low performers go. How can you build loyalty in the face of this new philosophy.

Advice to Management

Would like to give advice to them but there only concern is putting their people (VP and above) in positions to be loyal to them . The old days of employees are important and loyalty to them is OVER!

    Pros

Good pay, free coffee, nice co workers

    Cons

Horrible benefits, bad structure, management doesn't have much knowledge

    Advice to Management

I came from a company that was purchased by PHH and we transitioned over. We had no direction from Mt Laurel. We were kind of left to figure it out on our own. The procedures had nothing to do with the way we did our work. Nothing was integrated, the systems are outdated. They dont even have Office 2010. The benefits stink. There's no way a person with an illness would survive because of the amount of money that you have to put out just to get a prescription. At least cover the prescriptions. The pay was good and there's free coffee.

    Pros

People who work there were mostly great.

    Cons

The "Vice President's" that are a dime a dozen at the Merrill Lynch side, but have egos and demands of tiny dictators.

    Advice to Management

Be aware of the above problem and try not to play into it even further. Have an outlet where management can require more training of these dictators if they keep sending over dead deals or have questionable ethics
