Current Employee – been working at PHH Mortgage

Pros – Some of the reasons why I love working here are the friendly co-workers who go out of their way to help you. The company does offer access to a gym in each building. Also, there is a cafe in each building that is easy so you don't have to run out.

Cons – The new health insurance plane is horrible. They do not think of the employees when they were choosing this plan. Also, there used to be many incentives that were given to the employees. Over the years, this has all been stripped away. No longer are the days of summer trips and Christmas bonus gifts.
