Pros – In this positition you can make as much money as the amount of work you want to put in. If you want put forth the effort and focus on building your own book of business you can control how much you make with no cap.

Cons – The job can be stressful at points but it depends on the book of business you have built for yourself. You also can have a lack of control sometimes with what happens but as long as you have good relationships with the people you work with you can control this.
