ProsWhen talking to the home office in Houston, some people were very helpful and you coud count on them.

ConsHigher ups in the home office were very hard to get a hold of. Should you need an answer quickly you never knew when they would get back to you.

Advice to Senior ManagementMean what you say and follow through. Especially on property sites. Have more contact.
