I worked at PMS
Pros – The pay and benefits are good. You will be treated well and provided opportunities for personal growth. Time-off is flexible and easy to obtain.
Cons – The communication from the corporate office is lacking. Employees often are not aware of changes that have been made that effect thier job. Important information is passed along from person to person so you are not sure if you are getting the correct info.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication throughout the company. Also, the computer system is outdated and difficult to use. A streamlined system will result in more effeicint employees.
