I have been working at PNC Financial Services Group full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Benefits are not too bad.

    Cons

Management lacks direction and communication. Lots of teenie boppers running around wild with big heads and fat wallets, not having the slightest idea of how to handle themselves appropriatley in a branch atmosphere. Job security is nonexistent. Many people have come and gone with or without reason. Constant turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Small office settings are comprised of people from various backgrounds. There are many attributes that the individuals bring to the table to form a group collaborative. Not everybody should be expected to like the same things.. operate at the same level.. etc. PNC needs to stop hiring management from outside and recognize the benefits of promoting from within. Also... start realizing the importance of civil rights in the workplace! Breaks are not a privledge.. they are a basic employee right. Start realizing the importance of experience before cost.
