    Pros

Slow location, great staff, nice customers

    Cons

Low pay, tellers do everything but get paid the lowest. No room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Pay tellers in columbus ohio more money. They deal the most with your customer and they will be more willing to give 5 star service. This will reduce turnover rate and create loyalty.
