Flexible schedule , easy operational duties , great customers.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals, low pay, horrible health and dental insurance

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers you want tellers to submit referrals and sell products to every client ; however you fail to acknowledge that NOT all referrals are an incentive to the teller.

I worked at PNC Financial Services Group full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

One of the good things about working for PNC is that if the team your own have good stats then your team can bonus. ex: queue, handle time I will admit they do promote within but service should not suffer.

    Cons

Each lead has a group of employees that they're responsible for which makes up the team; everybody is so concern with trying to bonus that the customer service suffers. I had customer call back multiple times regarding the same issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on the customer. Yeah, I understand getting the caller on/off the phone but customer service is about providing satisfactory service so the client is walking away feeling good about their experience and knowing someone actually actively listened to their concern cutting back on the number of times they have to call back about the same issue and PNC retaining the customer and being referred by your existing customer.
