    Pros

Great supportive environment, great team work

    Cons

Salary is mediocre at best. The future incentive plan for the Universals appears to be a great improvement... but only time will tell. Many times banks improve the incentive plan, but slowly and gradually move the threshold

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I'm not conviced that "The Bank of the Future" is really the best thing all around

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
