    Pros

Active in trying to grow business. Pnc Name carries weight in the industry. Decent benefits, pension, system for HR is good

    Cons

Culture, atmosphere, dated technology, work/life balance, high pressure, low pay. Every single position is a sales Job. Very paranoid word environment from the bottom up.

    Advice to Management

It's time to modernize the culture, change the work environment, invest in technology, and hire people using accurate job descriptions. Sell sell sell should be the moto.

    Cons

NUMBERS GAME! BAD PAY POOR MANAGEMENT HIGH TURN OVER

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to push everything off on others, REMEMBER WHERE YOU CAME FROM. Remember that you have people working for you, they have life's and feelings and stop walking all over them. Upper management needs to spend more time with the "little people"
