Current Employee - Branch Financial Sales Consultant in Chicago, IL

I have been working at PNC Financial Services Group

Pros

Good position for recent grads to learn financial products and gain sales experience. PNC makes a strong effort to make their employees happy. The company itself is financially strong and growing.

Cons

Difficult to advance within the company. PNC does not give licensing to their bankers, and tuition reimbursement is minimal.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look within for talent as well as looking elsewhere.
