I have been working at PNNL

Pros

There is a chance to do good research and have impact on scientific research done at the lab in general

Cons

There is too much politics and there is always constant fight to get small individual funds rather than working on common goal

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide feedback to the employees on performance well and let them know that they are doing good and how they will move up in the career
