Low employee morale, limited opportunities for career advancement.

ProsWork, life balance is good. Great people to work with.

ConsA "Good ol' boy network" centered around various religious denominations exist at the lab and if you are not part of it you will get left behind in regards to both salary and career advancement opportunities. Salary freezes, layoffs, furloughs....the lab has them all which hurts employee morale.

Advice to Senior ManagementBreak up the Good ol' boy network. Offer more career advancement opportunities for employees.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Great place to work, location not so much
