    Pros

If I had to come up with something, then I would say that I had so many things to do I had to learn fast.

    Cons

Poor management. Poor job training. Pays way too little.

    Advice to Management

Stop being selfish and start looking out for employees.
If you want to "localize" the company then stop treating Korean employees like you would in Korea. Meaning no expected overtime, asking for personal favors while you give crazy amount of projects. Just be respectful of non-managers and treat them like you want to be treated. There is a quote that says, "Speak in such a way that others love to listen to you. Listen in such way that others love to speak to you." I believe this is the fundamental quality of a manager. And please don't be cheap and pay people more. my gosh.
