I worked at POSSIBLE

Pros

Amazing team, amazing approach to UX

Cons

Still an agency, ebb and flow of clients make it a little unstable unless you get hired full time... which is not easy. The salaries can be on the low side

I worked at POSSIBLE full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good, creative people in the front lines willing to work hard and create good work in-spite of the tired ideas they're given to work on.

    Cons

Miscommunication to outrageous proportions, causing excessive hours and tiring, tedious days (and nights) for creatives.

Poor Leadership. They seem to have no idea what they're doing and it's evident through lack of new business and mismanagement on a global level.

Fragmented. Management keeps on talking about how we're a global company but farm out the crappy work to specific locations and refuse to adapt a unified company name. I mean, the name Possible is terrible but Zaas?!? Come on!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay you're employee's what they're worth.

Manage your resources better, and actually learn what talent you have in front of you instead of just writing off what your staff can and cannot do without investigating it for yourself.

Focus more on your company culture, because as much as you don't want to here it, it's dead

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
