I worked at POSSIBLE

Pros

Amazing team, amazing approach to UX

Cons

Still an agency, ebb and flow of clients make it a little unstable unless you get hired full time... which is not easy. The salaries can be on the low side

Possible is great in theory, but an impossibility in realty

I worked at POSSIBLE full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

People with non-manager titles are really nice, and genuinely work hard.

    Cons

Uppity political manager types who have no business being leaders ruin it for the rest.

Unfortunately, over the last couple years of constant mergers, personnel moves, wrong hirings, abrupt firings and losing key clients and talent have diminished the equity in what was a great possibility.

This red headed step-child of WPP keeps getting worse. The clients they pitch and work they produce is mediocre, they have re-branded several times, trying to get the smoke and mirrors story just right, and are on their third coat of paint for their branding, no matter how much lipstick you put on this pig, it's still just a frankestiened group of companies who couldn't quite make it in the big leagues strung together to appear as a huge global force. But the truth is, there are few people with vision, the rest, are just milking the proverbial WPP/Sir Martin cow.

They aren't profitable and will pitch anything, even if it's a sure fire way to lose money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You can't profess that your 'People make you Possible' when you let the best people walk out the door, and keep the unimaginative clock punchers around while rewarding those who are 'in" with the CEO
