Big on culture

Designer (Former Employee)
Cincinnati, OH

ProsA vibrant place to work. Good training. Great if you're young and within the first 5 years of your career. If you're more senior, it's even better if you consider yourself a "thought leader".

ConsSome incompetence at managerial levels. Favoritism exists. They like to keep salaries as low as possible. Tend to be cautious. Demanding in terms of billable hours. Achieving company goals can mean long hours.

Advice to Senior ManagementBetter communication from management is needed in terms of performance and future advancement. Incompetence and favoritism is clearly seen especially at higher levels, and not much is done about it.

A Great Place to Work when you buy into the culture and personal growth

Pros: Culture is king at Bridge - a competitive advantage and glue that allows the company to grow, adapt to opportunities and absorb new hires fairly… Cons: It can take some time for people to figure out and adapt to the culture, especially those who have come from dysfunctional jobs and then… Advice to Senior Management: Find ways to make it easier for new employees to adapt to… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
