I worked at PPG full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

work 4 days on 4 days off, and 5 weeks a year paid vacations. Disability insurance at low rates.

    Cons

Getting burned by 3200 degree fiber Glass

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I feel that when someone is laid off after working for this company 15 years they should have an opportunity to be rehired without having to loose all the years of working at PPG and having to start all over with less pay. It cost PPG thousands of dollars and months for someone to run a job correctly. My hold family including myself worked at PPG because of job security.
