I worked at PPL

Pros – PPL paid above average wages and great benfits.

Cons – PPL, in recent years, seemed to regrad its employees as throw-aways. Management seldom provided feedback for jobs well-done. Rather they focued on the negative. New managers from outside the company did not know the culture of the current employees, and failed to care about the years of serivce of the employees of them legacy companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep focusing on generation and wholesalre markets. Electric Utilties is nothing more than an annoyance in ttoday's marketplace. Please listed to what emplyees have to say and allow them to have an opinion.
