Former Employee – worked at PPT Vision

Pros – People at PPT Vision are very nice and friendly and they respect work-life balance. Because of the company size, the job depends a lot on your own initiative and drive. Management values employee efforts put into the work and it reflects on the review.

Cons – Poor/no direction from the management. Management does not do enough to hold people accountable to their job responsibilities. Employee morale is low and people avoid the fact that the company loses money for numerous quarters. With the competitors being at least 50 times bigger, the company direction to compete head-to-head is probably not the smartest decision.

Advice to Senior Management – Be realistic when setting company strategy. Focus the few key accounts that can pay the bill and make them the happiest customers in the world. Diversification is the last thing the company needs. Make the people accountable on what they signed up for.
