    Pros

Skilled and competent people (including lower and mid level leadership) Catered Friday breakfasts Great benefits

    Cons

On arriving I was told the hours were so bad I should learn my skills and then get out of the company. That's about how its been. The vacation hours are good, but I've put more hours into weekends/holidays than I've earned in vacation time.

    Advice to Management

Give your employees the weekends (as in all weekends off) and they will be motivated and contribute! Let lower and mid level managers make the decisions that affect the outcomes of their departments.

    Pros

Good benefits, good PTO, good people to work with in day to day operation

    Cons

Absolutely no job security, have been laying off people since 2008. Layoffs in small numbers every few months so people don't notice. Very, very low merit raises ( not really based on merit, based on budget only), mostly going to upper management. Too many chiefs and very few braves doing the actual work and no recognition for your contribution. No life/work balance, very few employees to do the work because of the constant layoffs. Upper managment does not communicate with the employees. Upper management definitely does not respect loyalty.

    Advice to Management

Respect your employees and honor their loyalty.
