Pros

Overall, a great company to work for. The company values its employees and fosters their development and growth.
PRIMEDIA understands the value of print media, yet is continually making exciting developments online. It is truly an exciting time to be working for this company and under the direction of Charles Stubbs.

Cons

Lacking a comprehensive green plan.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees, evaluate competitors, and keep up the great work!

Charles Stubbs is a very bright guy, but could seem to care less about his employees. We have heard one too many times that it is with a "heavy heart" that mgmt. is laying off our coworkers. Actions speak louder than words, Mr. Stubbs, so we would like to see you and other members of highly compensated senior mgmt. take a 10% paycut before you do another layoff.
