Pros

Many good things happening. Manager was helpful.

Cons

Training was 2 days out of 2 wks! Because it was Thanksgiving and Christmas time! VERY busy! Don't start then. It's 100% commision. But, if you can make it for 6 mo, it's worth the stress. Alot of work to get started. Nights and weekends.

    Pros

the wine is good and ok priced, but you can get great wine anywhere if you know wine

    Cons

long hours, fortune in gas, little money. I love wine consulting but this is more of a sales telemarketing job. Sadly, it is about sales only. Hard long hours with little pay. it was hard to make more than 300 a week

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

care about employees needs, not just about the business profit bottom line... Pay more moeny and get a new computer system. Needs updates for efficincy

    Pros

You get to drink great wine

    Cons

No training, management is not concerned with your success, they will terminate you and move on to the next sap they con into working there. Commission only pay, they don't even pay you for the required 20+ office hours a week, by the way that is illegal, just ask the auto dealerships.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to hire better managers and improve your pay structure if you want to attract good employees who will give their all for the company.
