    Pros

-Work with wine and learn more every day.
-Fun to do if you like wine and talking about wine.
-Attend fun events and pour wine at them.
-Meet new people almost every day. Go to some very nice houses to do wine tastings.
-Hold dinner and wine tastings at some very good restaurants.
    -Unlimited income potential.

    Cons

    -Office work is tedious
-It's sales... You have to work hard to find and get clients.
-There is no roof on the income you can make. There is no floor either.
-Have to sell A TON of wine to make a livable income.
-A lot of driving around in your own car, using your own gas that you have the "potential" of getting reimbursed on IF you hit your sales goals for that month. If you're good at what you do and you know how to talk to people, you will do fine at this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold more and better training classes. Give the employees something to be more motivated. Making 400+ phone calls and getting 1-5 actual stop-bys/sales/contacts is very discouraging and hard to bounce back from.

    Pros

Not really any except that you can learn about wine, but can do that on your own.

    Cons

Just a joke of pay structure compared to work requirements. They pay commission only, but the position is actually many jobs: promotions, marketing, branding, sales, delivery, public relations...basically everything that needs to be done to bring a new company to a new market, but they dont want to pay for it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.
