I have been working at PSAV full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Salaried, full time. plenty of hours. and depending on your property, you can have great people to work with.

    Cons

No over time, Plenty of hours )60-70 hours a week is not unusual) and if you have a bad egg in your crew, they have a habit of sticking around

we just merged with PSAV... which spells a decline for us. in quality, culture, and pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Crack down on people who dont carry their weight. and upper managment....find a way to to encourage and recognize your employees. Most people at my property do 100-130 hour pay periods quite regularly with no overtime. thank us SOMEHOW....

I worked at PSAV full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The atmosphere and opportunity to grow with the hotel staff and learn the balance of multiple client relationships was strong. Leadership supported growth and sales training.

    Cons

Development in personal development seemed a bit repressed. On the upside, due to recent changes I've learned that the company is developing more of it's employees and looking at its team members skill sets.
