    I worked at PSAV full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    none to speak of, horrible corporate culture based on keeping employee's poor, while rewarding incompetent managers.

    Cons

    very low wages
    no rasies
    no benefits
    no management
    no training
    no cost of living increase
    no hours
    NO RESPECT!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get reals jobs! the management is comprised of former tech's who's goal in life is to sit in a chair and collect a mediocre salary. Management are useless and make sure your hours are below the amount to collect benefits

    I worked at PSAV

    Pros

    Staff a very passionate about the work and make up a great community. Plus they run a big wooden sailboat that you can ride on.

    Cons

    As with many nonprofits, budget constraints can present challenges
