I have been working at PSCU

Pros

Friendly management, helpful career advice, good ability to move up in the company. I worked hard and I've been promoted several times.

Cons

Not much in the way of incentives, as other reviewers have noted. It would help to be have more external motivation.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up, you're doing great. Try to offer a more progressive, open work environment rather than being so stiff and formal.

    I worked at PSCU

    Pros

PSCU has good benefits and decent work facilities. PSCU offers employee discounts to several local attractions as well as other events.

    Cons

Poor communication from all levels of management about the future direction and future of the company. The corporate environment has changed a lot within the last 5 years and at the moment doesn't seem to have a lot of stability.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate to employees and staff in better detail without contradicting yourself. Recognize what your employees bring to the table and commend them for their efforts.

    I worked at PSCU

    Pros

PSCU-FS has good benefits nice facilities and location.

    Cons

The quality of the benefits has started to decrease within the past few years however, they are still good in comparison to other companies. There is no communication within the company from senior managment down including the lack of communication witin the same division.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve communication to the employees about current events and status of company projects. Realize that the workload and expectations placed onto the employees is very stressful and usually unreasonable.
