Pros

If all you want is just a job at PSCU, then that's all you'll get. I have worked very hard at PSCU and have been promoted several times throughout the 8 years I have worked here and have enjoyed every step of the way. There are plenty of career opportunities at PSCU. You got a want it! PSCU has received this year an award for the "Great Place To Work" for being the best place you can work at. "You can trust the people you work for, have pride in what you do and enjoy the people you are working with.” "Enough said!

Cons

Flexibily for the call center representatives - they are working hard in putting inplace work/life balance
Communication while going through the re-orgination of the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be eager to develope your people who are looking at moving up in the company by giving them all the tools they need to be successful.

    Too many changes too quickly
    Senior leaderhip distant from front line employees
    Not focused on development of employees although that is changing
    Trust is an issue in certain areas
    Promotions sometimes based on who you know vs. what you know

    * Nice campus
    * Friendly Co-works
    * Easy job

    Cons

    * Far below decent salary
    * Must work weekends
    * Supervisor don't take advice and/or don't care.
    * Limited vacation time
    * No growth opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees and FIRE all the supervisor and start over from scratch. Management needs to be able to actually listen and take advice and suggestions from others.
