Pros

Great for entry-level or desperate individuals. Benefits are excellent and very affordable. At entry-level, schedule is very flexible. Overtime is almost constantly available. Shift premium is paid for working between 7pm and 7am, and on the weekends. English/Spanish bi-lingual agents make an additional $1/hr for all hours worked.

Cons

Once you're placed on a "dedicated team" it is nearly impossible to schedule time off or have your schedule changed to accommodate life changes. Management prefers to hire from outside than promote from within. New hires make same base rate as long-time employees.

Advice to Management

Focus more on employee retention than hiring new employees.

    Pros

The salaries aren't the highest in the area but they aren't the lowest. PSCU pays their employees a litle above average and their benefits are fantastic! There aren't many companies in the area that have better medical, dental and vision programs. The CEO is very forward thinking and moves fast. PSCU has a family feel to it and I really enjoy being around the people I work with.

    Cons

They could improve the number of PTO days you get or allow people to buy PTO time. Some of the management isn't on board with PSCU's forward thinking and should leave but overall most of the management team is great!

    Advice to Management

If you aren't on board then leave. Don't hold people back because they threaten you with their forward thinking. To the management that is forward thinking, great job and keep up the good work!
