Poor leadership who are more concerned with self preservation.

I worked at PSCU full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The benefits were great and the people who do all the work are great. The facility is beautiful and the knowing you are helping credit unions is a good feeling.

    Cons

Leadership is a hot mess. From Director level to the very top it just gets worse as you go to the top level. The higher up you go the more into self preservation it is. Don't try and offer an idea because you will be seen as a trouble maker to your leadership. Good people leave because they can't stand by and watch leadership play the chess game with those doing the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your good employees and seek them out. Quit listening to your Directors and above that lie to you so they can take the attention off of themselves. Many good people have left because they are overlooked for promotions and ideas and you will never get them back. A real miss on your part.
