    Stable industry where everyone needs power. Company has a long impressive history.

    Cons

    current downsizing and cutbacks make the environment much less attractive than working for a competitor. Employees are a bit jaded due to this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    coffee? Really? Took away the coffee to help the bottom line. Bottom line will suck when productivity decreases.
