    Pros

    Great place to learn about the business landscape in a variety of fields. Executive management is committed to attract young talent to work in the company.

    Cons

    Company is in constant transition now due to things like more regulations, green initiatives, etc. so its not a great place to go 25+ years, but definitely a place to get experience.

    Never loose sight of what has made PSEG a great place to work all these years.

    Stop allowing Hiring managers and supervisors to put their friends in open positions and let the people who have the skills and the ability get the positions.
    HR and Talent Acquisition areas need to be more responsive - No communication!!!
