    Pros

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k.

    Cons

Not always compensated for travel. Moved to different casinos, sometimes regardless of distance to home.

    Advice to Management

They could do more to retain their long-time employees. It costs $500 to renew state-issued badges, which they only pay for the first time around. They could pay for all renewals, but they choose not to. However, they were willing to give $500 commuter bonuses to employees for short-term help at far away casinos.
