I have been working at PT Gaming full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Fun to learn about all the games.

Cons

Advancement is only for those who work overtime constantly.
Management does not care about employees.
Constant overtime due to lack of employees and management lack of care or laziness.
You do not deal with just one supervisor, you haft to tell at least 6 people because team leaders and all the supervisor's do not communicate.
This company pays you a base of 12 to 13 hourly and then has extra's like weekend pay and night pay and others.
They do this; so they don't haft to pay overtime money besides on your 12 to 13 hourly.
They also promise more money for learning more games in which you will get more money hourly but don't believe it. You will learn the games and then maybe six months down the road you might get your pay adjusted.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers does not communicate well. They has no concern for people who haft to work two jobs and cannot work overtime. They'll make people stay for overtime when there is plenty of people walking around doing nothing.

To PT Gaming

This job requires people to be alert and awake!
If you have bankers falling asleep and tired because of lack of sleep and to much overtime you are losing money. Their has been plenty of times at Crystal and Hustler when I have saw employees to tired to work or asleep or tired to pay attention to the game in which it results in over payment of casino patrons and collections.

It seems like the Management would be smart enough to hire more people because the cost of overtime and over-payment of casino and patrons is more cost than hiring more employees.

    Pros

Good job for just starting Adults

    Cons

Work Schedule they say is 8 Hours but they company keeps you for overtime constantly.
    Company does not value employees.
This is the lowest Pay for any third party players or bankers in the area.
This company does not have good work/life balance. People with children have schedules and need to pay for childcare if they are held over by forcing employees with children to do overtime, it also forces the employees to pay extra daycare for children and by the extra expenses its like the employee is working overtime for free.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pt Gaming just moved from Crystal Casino, instead of taking care of employees and keeping long term employees they made them either take lay-off or switch to new company. They only asked short term employees to transfer to hustler casino. Patrick says that he cares about his employees but got rid of his most experienced as soon as the chance arrived. This company does not understand the extra expenses that occur when you hold parents over. Also, the supervisors do not communicate, so when you tell a supervisor your having problems with the overtime or anything else you haft to explain it to 12 different people, not just 1 supervisor but 3 or 4 and then 3 or 4 team leaders needless to say none listen about what your going through or even care or try. Needless to say a schedule is a schedule and overtime should only happen every once in a while not every day or every other day. It's strange they laid off employees but are still short.
